Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) Asian noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the Asian noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
